Wooden wedding rings

As more and more people look for an alternative to the high cost and impersonal nature of elements of the wedding industry, the choice of wooden wedding rings is becoming more prevalent. For some I think the wood represents for them a connection to the natural world. It mirrors their desire that their relationship be alive and growing. It is for this reason that it is such an honor to be chosen to provide rings for them.

If you are considering a wooden wedding band, it is important to realize that you will not be able to wear it the same way you might wear a band of more traditional materials. In spite of the coatings and the care with which your ring will be made, it simply wont hold up to repeated soakings in the shower or as you wash your hands repeatedly. One couple I know has a pair of inexpensive substitute rings that they wear as their wedding rings when they will be in water, or doing something that requires them to wet their hands over and over.

I will be very happy though to service the rings you purchase from me and will even happily remake them if something should happen to the original. Along with your purchase comes my committment to provide more than a product to you, but also a promise that you will have someone behind the product.
